Great ships of World War II

Doing the Kevin Quilt project from the currant war and seeing the Moving Wall from the Vietnam war, got me thinking of my Dad's Navy Log from 1932 to 1941.

So many times he sat down with me to look through this log at the ships he was so proud of. Once the war started, logs were not kept.

My Dad was on the USS COLORADO.

Wow, what a treasure you have there. I came looking for something about crazy quilting that came up on my google alerts, but this is even better to see. Thanks for posting these, and the pics of the movable wall.
