Finally, Spring came to North West Pa.!

Last week we had 3 days of frost. I covered everything in the yard to save the buds and hope to get some beautiful flowers. I was surprised today when I ventured outside to add some flags for the holiday and saw everything blooming!

Even the first rose is ready to bloom!

Holee your flowers look great just in time for Decoration Day. I have peonies and iris blooming and three Oriental poppies. Ain't spring great?

Holeee, those are lovely. One of my favorite things about Summer is flower gardens. My daughter says I know the names of all the flowers but I do not know what that is in the first pic with the pink blooms, could you tell me what it is.
My flowers are doing very good this year because we have had plenty of rain. After having nearly none last year, I appreciate all our rainy days.

Your hostas are gorgeous! I've returned from a weekend trip to find my loaded with blooms already! Even my mothers-in-law's tongue/snake plant/sansaveria are about to bloom!
