Barbie Fashion Show #2

Sometime ago I signed up for a Pay it Forward at my friend Donna's blog
http://fabricfun-everythingquilts.blogspot.com/. She sent me a wonderful pillow she hand embroidered.
Twice I posted the Pay it Forward, but no one signed up. I decided I owe 3 gifts and so I have picked 3 people to send gifts to. The first person is Katelyn, Donna's granddaughter who will be having surgery this summer and I thought she would like a friend to help her through it.

I still have tiny things to finish that need to be hand sewn and the shoes I ordered haven't arrived yet, but here are the outfits without the hand sewn embellishments on them.

OMG!! Donna is going to die when she sees this. Those are wonderful!! Katelyn is going to love this. She has the prettiest smile and I can see it now.

I wonder if she'll let me play Barbie with her. I loved my Barbie, Ken and Skipper when I was younger. My mom made our Barbie clothes also. Ahh, good memories.

This was very thoughtful of you. I can't wait for Donna to see this. I wish I could see Katelyn's reaction when she gets these. What a great gift!!! Thank you so much for doing this.

OMG, I can not believe it. I can not imagine the look on Katelyns face when she see this. It put tears of joy in my eyes when I opened this post and seen all these things you have done for her. She has always wanted to be the center of attention but no one has ever went out of their way like you have to make her feel so special. She will think she is queen for sure. She has always asked me do you think people will love me. What a wonderful thing you have done to show her she is loved. Holee, I can not thank you enough for what you have done. I know this will mean the world to her. This will be a moment in her life that none of us will ever forget. Katelyn will tell her special story to everyone over and over. I'll capture it all on video so I can share her special day.
Hugs Donna

I didn't do this to get all this praise. I owed Pay it forward gifts and Katelyn came to mind first.

It's a good thing I had 4 boys. If I would have had girls, they would have been so spoiled they never would have left home! lol
