LED lights & Firemen

From the time my son was about 10 he always loved wires. Getting through his bedroom without getting tangled in them was always a problem and I never knew what new idea I might be pulling apart. By the time he was pre teen he had aquired several hazard lights from a construction company and had wired them to his stereo so the lights danced to the music.

In the Navy he worked on helicopter wires and now works on the harnesses for the tow missile, tanks & torpedo's. He also developed an LED headlight for the Lancaster, Pa. Amish community buggies.

This son holds a patent on an LED light. It took lots of money and many hours, in fact years, but he finally did get the patent. Now he is taking it one step beyond just a light. A local Fireman has been testing his "pimped up mag light" in the dark & smoke. They came up with a way to mount it that it is free from the visor. This is always exciting to see something new being developed. I'm waiting for him to develope a light for my sewing machine, soon maybe.

OMG, That's the perfect background for your blog. TOO cute, I love it. The background wasn't to hard, it was the buttons and stuff that took me a minute to figure out. I finally figured out how to make my post title link back to other blog post. I really like the neocounter too. I think it is nice to see people from all parts of the world come together that share the same hobbies.

Holee, I love your BEE blog!! lol
You did a great job on it. I was laughing as I read on everythingquilts about your Christmas music. BUT you have music on your blog and I don`t yet. So you are much better at this then you think.

Have you gotten your chair lift repaired yet? After that spill, I'd be somewhat afraid of it. I have felt like I'm coming down with a cold, I sure hope not. I have so many things to get done for Christmas. I finally finished up all my swaps today, I made my last one today. My sister has been so kind, that I'd like to make her some pillow cases and other things to send with her quilt. I finally got the other rows added to it. I had hoped to get it layered and ready for quilting before the mini quilt swap. I couldn't resist joining. Thanks for posting about it. Holee, if you don't mind I like to get your new snail mail addy. I know you don't want to post it publicly, so you can Pm me on the MB. I tried to get it secretly, but no ones giving it up. I guess that's a good thing, but bad if you were planning to do something annonomusly (SP?).
