Scraps
After making the French Braid I had a pile of scraps. What to do? Toss them or save them? After looking at the huge tote filled with scraps I decided to try and use them for 3 mini quilts I have agreed to trade. Now, what pattern to use?
What could be better then a French Braid! Now I have the 3 mini's to trade and the rest of the scraps will go into a handbag I have planned. Now to sandwich them and finish.

You are amazing! What a great use of scraps!
Hope your weather is better than ours here in central Texas. We've just had plenty of rain .... which we needed ..... but added to that .... marble sized hail, loads of lightening, a couple of tornadoes and oh of wind. I was so frightened. Anyway, we came through it in one piece.

Oh, those are so pretty! That's a great way to use up scraps...mine usually just go into the trash!
