It's a push plow with a cultivator attachment.? 1st DH and I rented a house that had one of these in an outbuilding. It had a plow attachment. Poor Ron worked his butt off that year. The next year he bought a gasoline powered tiller. LOL
OH...take the ? mark off my first sentence. It IS a cultivator...
