Oh my...I'm a Great Grandma!

This is my oldest grandson, Jesse, with his new son, Julian. This little guy had a hard time arriving on April 6th, at only 4 1/2 lbs. Today he's much better and is now 7 lbs. It doesn't make me feel old. I feel renewed. We haven't had a baby in this family for 10 years. I hope to get to see him very soon. He lives in Texas! Daddy has joined the Army and will leave for boot camp in August.

Chickens, Chickens & Chickens

I finished May's Chicken and decided I wanted to see what they all looked like together. Looks like this months Chicken is a little bit skinny.

Early Mother's Day Gift

It took a lot of pulling around furniture and we had to resort to the old sewing cabinet for a table, but here it is all set up. If I can't see this I might as well give up!

Dave has been building a new computer system for me. Today my Mom's Day Gift arrived. It's a HUGE 27 inch monitor. Only one problem...I'll have to get a bigger desk to hook it up!

Chicken block day again

Another month, another chicken block.  I got to use the light box for the first time. Looks like I'll have to wait until the weekend to work on this block since I'm out of fusible.
